We are Dean Bronizewski and Sandra Downie of Emerald Vacation Rental Management. We’ve been managing properties and vacation rentals in the Playas del Coco area since 2015.  

We believe in protecting your investment while maximizing your rental income and profitability.  

Our journey began in Canada, where an appetite for adventure, and a dream of putting our passion into a business that we believe in sparked an idea.  We wanted to escape the bitter winters of the north and live in a paradise.  After years of hard work and planning, we realized our dream; it comes as no surprise that we chose Costa Rica with its beauty, flora, and fauna. ​

We hope that we can share this paradise with both our clients and our guests, even if only for a vacation.
